Microphone and Camera Settings in Citrix

1. Within the Citrix environment at the top of the screen, click the black bar drop down menu.

Open

2. Click Preferences.

Open

3. Click the Connections Tab.

4. Under Microphone and webcams and Digital cameras and scanners,

    a. Both should be set to Connect automatically.

5. Under Global Settings,

    a. Set to automatic.

    b. If you have more than one webcam, select your preferred device from the drop down. 

6. Click Apply.

7. Click OK.
