How to Transfer a Call Using Webex Contact Center

 

 

  1. With the call active, open up Webex Contact Center and select “Transfer”:



  2. In the “Transfer Request” Menu, select “Dial Number”:



  3. Enter the phone number you would like to transfer to with the prefix of “91” if it is an external call, and select “Transfer” at the bottom right:





  4. The call will now be transferred.
