How to Update Webex

To ensure continued access and functionality, we recommend upgrading Webex to the latest version. Please follow the steps below for how to easily check if your Webex application has an available update.

 

  1. Open the Webex application.

  1. Click on the Help button in the lower left corner and select Check for updates.

  1. If there is a newer version of Webex available, select Get Update.

  1. In order to complete the installation, you will be prompted to restart the application.

  1. When you reopen your Webex application it should now be up-to-date with the latest version.
