Logging into VPN with Duo Multi Factor Authentication

1. Open the Cisco AnyConnect VPN client. Verify that the URL is vpn1.cccs.edu. Then click the "Connect" button.
2. Enter "ccc\S-number" in the username field. Enter your password and then click the "OK" button.
3. You will then receive a notification on your Duo enrolled smartphone. Open the Duo Mobile app and click the "Approve" button.
4. The VPN connection will then be completed.

2. Enter "ccc\S-number" in the username field. Enter your password and then click the "OK" button.
3. You will then receive a phone call on your Duo enrolled phone. Answer the call and you will be prompted to press any key on your phone's keypad. Press any key to complete your login.
4. The VPN connection will then be completed.

2. Enter "ccc\S-number" in the username field. Enter your password and append ",sms" to the end. For example, if your password is 'Password123', enter 'Password123,sms'. Then click the "OK" button.
3. This login attempt will fail, but you will receive a text message on your Duo enrolled cell phone. The text message will include your temporary SMS passcode.
4. Go back to the Cisco AnyConnect login window and enter "ccc\S-number" in the username field. Enter your password and append ",passcode" to the end. For example, if your password is 'Password123' and you received a passcode of '1225713', enter 'Password123,1225713'. Then click the "OK" button.
5. The VPN connection will then be completed.
