Below is the support information for SoftChalk.

If you have NOT created a SoftChalk Cloud account, please create an account on the SoftChalk Cloud Join Now page. From the Select Account Type dropdown menu, selectCloud (I have an Activation Key). Paste in your Activation Key provided above.If you already have a SoftChalk Cloud account, login into your account on the SoftChalk Cloudwebsite. Then click the Subscribe link found at the top right of any Cloud page. From the Account Type dropdown menu, select Cloud (I have an Activation Key). Paste in your Activation Key provided above and then click Upgrade.

Create Lessons

Now you're all set to create engaging, interactive lessons for your students! Just login to SoftCloud Cloud, go to My Content, Create Lessons and perform a one-time install for SoftChalk Create. Check out our video tutorials and SoftChalk Create Guide and you'll be a SoftChalk master in no time!

Supported Web Browsers and Firewall Information

Supported web browsers: Chrome, Edge (Windows 10), Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari.If your institution has a firewall, please see the FAQ I think my institution has a firewall that is preventing me from saving content to SoftChalk Cloud. What should I do?
