How to Change Voicemail Greeting via the Internet

1. You must be on the campus network for this to work. If not:

        a. Connect to the VPN if you have a VPN access

        Or:

        b. Log into Citrix by going to citrix.arapahoe.edu and log in with your S# and password.

2. Open a browser and go to:

https://cccs-cuc-pub-n.cccs.edu/ciscopca

3. Log in with your S# and myACC password.

Open

4. Click on Messaging Assistant.

Open

5. Click On Greetings then click View Greetings.

6. Make sure Standard is checked then click Standard.

7. For a generic prerecorded greeting select System Default Greeting. To record the greeting yourself select My Personal Recording.

8. If My Personal Recording is selected click the circle to record and then the arrow to play back the recording. Once you are satisfied with your greeting click Save.

9. You can go back at any time to change your greeting.
