How to Map a Shared Network Drive - Windows

Note: If you are off campus/working remotely, you will need to map/view these drives within Citrix or have access to a VPN.

Windows 11:

  1. Open File Explorer.

  2. Right-Click This PC.

  3. Select Map a network drive.

  1. Select the desired drive letter.

  2. Enter the path.

    1. i.e. \\ccc\arapahoe\cashiers

  3. Make sure Reconnect at Sign in is checked.

  4. Click Finish.

Windows 10:

1. Click magnifying glass next to start button.
2. Type in File Explorer and click to open.


3. On the left hand side, right-click This PC.
4. Select Map Network Drive.


5. Choose whichever letter you prefer.
6. Type in share drive address, (for example, \\ccc\arapahoe\advising).
7. Check box for reconnect at sign-in.

    a. Don't click Browse.

8. Click Finish.
