There are times where you may have some difficulty connecting to Citrix Workspace. If you have tried other things with no resolution, resetting the Citrix workspace can be a good next troubleshooting step.

  1. Locate the caret icon at the bottom right hand side of your Windows task bar:


  2. Click on the caret icon to display a list of your apps that are currently running:


  3. Within the list of apps, you should see the Citrix Workspace logo:


  4. Right click on the Citrix logo, and select “Advanced Preferences”:


  5. Within the “Advanced Preferences” menu, select “Reset Citrix Workspace”:

  6. On the “Are you sure you want to reset Citrix Workspace?” dialog box, select “Yes, reset Citrix Workspace”:


  7. You will receive a confirmation that states that your Citrix Workspace was reset to the default settings. Select “OK”:
