Sturm Campus Audio Distortions With BYOD

Issue: The audio is distorted when connecting a BYOD device via HDMI in the Terrace Room.

 

Solution: Turn down the volume on the device. 

 

 

Adjust the volume down to under 40.

 

 

 

Note: If the volume is set too high on the device, the sound becomes distorted going through the audio processor in the room.

 

 

Adjust Volume of the Audio in the Room

 

Adjust the volume with the Control Panel on the wall.
