1. You must be on the campus network for this to work. If not:
a. Connect to the VPN if you have a VPN access
Or:
b. Log into Citrix by going to citrix.arapahoe.edu and log in with your S# and password.
2. Open a browser and go to:https://cccs-cuc-pub-n.cccs.edu/ciscopca
3. Log in with your S# and myACC password.
4. Click on Messaging Assistant.
5. Click Passwords.
6. Click Change PIN.
7. Enter a new PIN.
8. Confirm the PIN.
9. Click Save.
10. Your PIN is now saved.
