How to Fix SMART Board Does Not Write

If SMART Board does not write, follow instructions below:

  • Go to Start > All apps > SMART Technologies > SMART Settings

  • In the Smart Setting Dialog Box, select “Connection Wizard.”

The Connection Wizard will bring up the following dialog box. Select the SMART product found.

  • Hit “Next” a few times until you see “Finish” and click “Finish”

    • You may close out of the SMART setup utility.

  • Last go to Start > All apps > SMART Technologies > SMART Ink

    • You should now be able to use the SMART board as usual.
