Here's a simple guide to change the font within the Outlook app:

1. Open the Outlook application on your computer.

2. Click on “File” in the top left corner of the Outlook window.

3. In the menu that appears, click on “Options” at the bottom left corner.

4. In the Outlook Options window, click on “Mail” in the left sidebar.

5: Select the “Stationary and Fonts...” button.

6: Select the options that you want to apply to the default font, such as font style and font size. On the Personal Stationery tab, under New mail messages, Replying or forwarding messages, or Composing and reading plain text messages choose Font.

7: In the Font box, choose the font, style, size, and color that you want to use. You can see a preview of your changes as you make them in the preview box. (Please note that the “Set As Default” button may be greyed out. Your selection will still hold despite this.)

8: After selecting your preferred font settings, click “OK” on each window the apply the changes.

These steps should help you customize the appearance of your emails according to your preferences.
