How to Fix Citrix Adobe Update Error

Scenario: Trying to use Adobe Acrobat Pro within Citrix. You receive this error:

 

 

How to Fix:

1. Within Citrix, open Internet Explorer.

2. Click on the Cog at the top right.

3. Click Compatibility View Settings.

 

 

4. Make sure Display intranet sites in Compatibility View is unchecked.

5. Click Close.

 

 

6. Open Adobe Acrobat Pro again and the update error should go away.
