Below is a simple step-by-step guide to use Screen Mirroring on an iPad in an ACC Classroom.

  1. On the Podium, select the Apple TV button from the Extron control panel.

  1. Open the Control Center

  • On most iPads, swipe down from the upper-right corner of the screen to access the Control Center.

  1. Select “Screen Mirroring”

  • In the Control Center, tap on the "Screen Mirroring" option, which looks like two overlapping rectangles.

  1. Choose Your Device

  • A list of available devices will appear. Select the device (room number) you want to mirror your iPad’s screen to.

  1. Enter the Code

  • The room display will show an AirPlay Passcode, enter it on your iPad to start the connection.

  1. Start Mirroring!

  • Your iPad screen should now be mirrored on the selected device. You can open apps, view photos, or watch videos, and they will appear on the larger screen.

  1. To Stop Screen Mirroring

  • Open the Control Center again, tap on "Screen Mirroring," and then select "Stop Mirroring" to end the session.
