Control Panel Setup for Wireless Devices
Connecting a Laptop via HDMI
1. Connect the HDMI cable to laptop and the HDMI input in the wall below one of the TV's.
2. After turning on the touch control panel:
a. Select the TV you want to display to. In this case we have TV1 selected.
b. Select which device you want to display. In this case we want to display the laptop which is connected by HDMI.
c. Select which HDMI input the laptop is connected to. In this case we have connected the laptop to the HDMI 1. The HDMI inputs are labeled in the room.
3. Here we see that the laptop is displaying to TV 1 via HDMI.
Connecting mobile devices: Control Panel Setup
1. Turn on the touch control panel.
a. Select the TV you want to display to. In this case we have TV2 selected.
b. Select the device you want to display. In this case we want to display a Wireless device.
c. Select the Wireless input the device will be connected to. In this case we will connect the device to Wireless input 2.
2. TV 2 should now display the wireless connection instructions!
a. This is the name of the device you will want to connect to.
b. This is the macOS and iOS instructions.
c. This is the code that is needed to connect.
Note: This code will be different each time!
macOS and iOS Devices
* Please make your device is connected to the ACC Open (ACC) or ACC Internal wireless network!
1. Swipe down on the upper right hand side of the iPhone or iPad. Click on Screen Mirroring.
2. Find and select the name of the display you want to connect to. In this case we want to connect to RM226-TV2. Then type in the code.
Note: The name of the device and the code is listed on the bottom of the TV screen.
3. Congratulations! The Apple device is now connected to a display!
4. Swipe down on the upper right hand side and select Stop Mirroring to end the session.
Android Devices
* Please make your device is connected to the ACC Open (ACC) or ACC Internal wireless network!
1. Search for ShareLink Pro in the Google Play Store and install it.
2. Open up the ShareLink Pro app and select the display you want to connect to. In this case, we are selecting RM226-TV2.
Note: The name of the display is located on the lower left hand side of the TV.
3. When prompted, enter the login code shown on the standby screen.
4. Select Mirror Screen, the Don't show again option, and then hit Start now. This will mirror your device onto the TV.
Note: You may also choose the SHARE IMAGE OR VIDEO or SHARE WITH CAMERA options as well.
5. Congratulations! You Android device is now on TV.
6. Go back into the ShareLink Pro app and click on DISCONNECT FROM DEVICE to end the session.
