Open your Google Chrome browser.
With Google Chrome open, click on the 3 vertical dots at the top right of Google Chrome:
Select “Bookmarks and lists” from the drop-down menu:
Select “Import bookmarks and settings…”:
From the drop down menu, select “Bookmarks HTML file”:
Select “Choose File”:
Go to the location where your bookmark file is stored, highlight it, and select “Open”:
