How to Set a Default Browser
1. Click on Start -> Settings.

2. Select Apps.
...
...
3. Click Default Apps.
...
4. Select the Browser that is currently there if it is not the browser you want as the default.

5. Select Chrome for the default.
a. You can select other browsers as well.
...
6. If you get a pop up, click Switch Anyway.
7. Now you should have Chrome as your default browser.
